A word from Erin:
Hello!
I’m Erin, I’m a qualified Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc), Recipe Developer and Food Photographer based on the sunny Gold Coast.
The Longevity Nutritionist was inspired by my personal upbringing and experiences. My interest for nutrition and health stemmed from witnessing my parents relationship with food and how vastly different their health outcomes were as a result of this. Above all else, I believe longevity health is something we should all strive to achieve so we are able to experience as many years of quality time with our loved ones as possible.
I develop simple, healthy, delicious and time effective recipes for your everyday life to nourish you and your family. My recipes are intentionally designed to expand your food and cooking knowledge with highly nutritious meals that give you the best health outcomes possible.
Whether you’re dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free, vegetarian or vegan, I cater to everyone’s needs. I hope to educate, inspire and motivate you to incorporate this way of living to help you live a long, healthy and vital life!

Benefits of Lemon Water
Adding lemon water to your daily routine is a simple, refreshing and versatile way to stay hydrated while having positive impacts on your health. Drinking it every day can provide numerous benefits to our overall wellbeing. Read on further to learn more about these great benefits!
Vitamin C Intake: First and foremost, lemon water is an excellent source of vitamin C, containing 53mg per 100mL of juice. Lemon is rich in polyphenols, citric acid and antioxidants which help to help keep our immune system strong and ready to fight off infection and disease. Adding to this, vitamin C is an antioxidant powerhouse that can protect us against heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, gout, iron deficiency and dementia.
Cardiovascular Health: Lemon contain citrus flavonoids that can encourage several beneficial effects on our cardiovascular system. Some of these include improved glucose tolerance, insulin sensitivity, scavenge free radicals, lipid metabolism, lower inflammation and blood vessel function. This may be helpful in treating a diverse array of diseases such as diabetes, atherosclerosis and heart disease.
Hydration: Staying hydrated every day is essential for our bodies to function correctly and lemon water can help you achieve this goal. Adding LAND Essentials Lemon powder into your daily routine is a great versatile way to stay hydrated. Whether it’s with sparkling water for a non-alcoholic alternative or a warm lemon, honey and ginger tea when you’re sick, you’ll have an excuse to drink it on every occasion!
Essential Minerals: Furthermore, lemon contains essential minerals such as potassium, magnesium and calcium. Potassium, for instance, helps regulate blood pressure, nerve function and heart function, while magnesium plays a crucial role in blood sugar regulation, mood stability and muscle health. Calcium is also essential for proper muscle function, hormone secretion and maintaining strong bones and teeth. Drinking lemon water is an easy way to boost your minerals and meet your daily nutrient requirements.
Detoxification: Lemons contain natural detoxifiers that may help flush toxins and waste from our bodies. As lemon contains high amounts of citrate, numerous studies have found these levels may prevent kidney stones from forming by preventing calcium from binding to other compounds.
Digestion: The citric acid in lemons stimulates the production of digestive juices which can help break down food and improve nutrient absorption. Lemon water may also aid in relieving constipation and bloating by promoting bowel movements, which keep your digestive system healthy and functioning normally.
Making lemon water a part of your daily routine can deliver great rewards for your health. From boosting immunity to promoting healthy skin, hydrating the body, improving digestion, protecting against kidney stones, promoting a healthy heart and more—the benefits are truly endless! Start your routine of drinking LAND Essentials lemon water every morning for better health and vitality.
